Shipping & Return Policy

All artwork is shipped directly from Charlotte, NC. Delivery times will vary, but you can expect for the print or painting to be shipped in 5-7 business days.

All paintings will be carefully wrapped to ensure a safe and timely arrival. 

Shipping costs are listed at checkout and are dependent on the piece's size and weight. Shipping costs may be higher if a piece is extra fragile or heavy. 

If a piece arrives damaged, please let us know by emailing marybensonart@gmail.com immediately. We will talk through your situation and how to handle it. 

Should a piece get lost in the mail, please file a claim using your tracking number and order details. For assistance, please email us at marybensonart@gmail.com.

All sales on the website are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Preorders can only be cancelled up to one week after the order was placed, after this we cannot cancel a preorder
