Shipping & Return Policy

All artwork is shipped directly from Charleston, SC. Delivery times will vary, but you can expect for the print or painting to be shipped in 5-7 business days. Mahjong drops are typically very time consuming to ship all orders, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your product to ship.

All paintings will be carefully wrapped to ensure a safe and timely arrival. 

Shipping costs are listed at checkout and are dependent on the piece's size and weight. Shipping costs may be higher if a piece is extra fragile or heavy. 

Should a piece get lost in the mail, please file a claim using your tracking number and order details. For assistance, please email us at studio@marybensonart.com

All sales on the website are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Preorders can only be cancelled up to one week after the order was placed, after this we cannot cancel a preorder

Damaged Item Policy

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or return. 

To process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging (if damage may be shipping-related)

Once received, we'll review your claim and offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a return/refund.
